Sea Point Waterproofing Project

This project was carried out in Sea Point... The client requested KM Water proofing to do waterproofing of 450m2. This consisted of moving the cobble stones, waterproofing by burning torch on, layering new bidem cloth and re-laying the cobble. Attached is a picture taken during the course of repairs.

Flamingo Close - Painting Project

Project done in Table View...
KM repainted the entire complex this included prepping, priming and painting in the color requested by the Body Corporate. In conjunction, we had changed all the broken tiles and waterproofed all the garage roofs in the complex using 100mm membrane & Geoflex.

Century City Roofing

This roofing project was carried out in Century City, June 2018.
KM Waterproofing was requested to replace all rotten valleys on the roofs, in which the following materials were utilized in doing so
- Aluminium flashing also known as Valley iron.
- Melthloid.
Also done was the replacement of all broken tiles, and cleaning of the gutters.
